Our standard local delivery fee of $120 is available for orders that meet the following criteria:
The delivery address is within approximately 35 km of our Keysborough warehouse.
Tile and flooring orders do not exceed 2 pallets (approximately 57.6 m² per pallet). Bathroom products are not subject to quantity limits under our standard local delivery service.
The delivery location provides safe and reasonable vehicle access.
For deliveries outside our standard local delivery area, including regional Victoria and interstate destinations, please contact our team for a delivery quotation.
Please note that large or bulky bathroom products, such as shower screens, large vanities and bathtubs, may require reasonable customer assistance with unloading at the delivery address.
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the invoice date.
Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
A 35% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Special order and clearance items are non-returnable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
