SUPPLY: We advise customers to ensure sufficient stock is purchased to complete the job and to allow for additional tiles to cover tiles damaged during or after installation. We cannot guarantee that matching shades will be available for subsequent orders. However, customers should also beware of over ordering, as we will restrict returns from customers who repeatedly request an unacceptable number of returns.
DELIVERY: Claim for incorrect supply, short supply or damaged tiles must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of products
RETURNS:
• NO credit will be allowed for any variation in colour and no claim will be recognized after the tiles are laid. It is the tillers duty of care to examine and accept the tiles before fixing.
• Returns can only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made with the office.
• The invoice number must be quoted, and all products must be in good condition and within un-opened boxes.
• Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of the date of invoice.
• A 35% handing charge will apply to all returns.
• No returns will be accepted unless they are current stock and match currently held shade or batch number.
• No Return accepted less than 5 box(tiles).
