Delivery and Shipping

Our standard local delivery fee of $120 is available for orders that meet the following criteria:

The delivery address is within approximately 35 km of our Keysborough warehouse.
Tile and flooring orders do not exceed 2 pallets (approximately 57.6 m² per pallet). Bathroom products are not subject to quantity limits under our standard local delivery service.
The delivery location provides safe and reasonable vehicle access.

For deliveries outside our standard local delivery area, including regional Victoria and interstate destinations, please contact our team for a delivery quotation.

Please note that large or bulky bathroom products, such as shower screens, large vanities and bathtubs, may require reasonable customer assistance with unloading at the delivery address.

Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the invoice date.
Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
A 35% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Special order and clearance items are non-returnable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

    Very happy with this limestone; the sunny menia tone is easy to match and the dropface piece format gives the space a more premium finish. It feels natural, solid and much nicer than a plain surface. It feels like a good balance between a designer look and everyday practicality.

    The finished result looks clean and well balanced. I like that the warm beige limestone with an earthy outdoor feel has character, but it is still calm enough to use across a larger area. It also pairs nicely with timber, greenery and darker metal trims.

    This was a good option for creating a custom look in our landscaped area. The tumbled, acid washed finish has a nice tactile feel, and the sunny menia colour works well with neutral walls and surrounding materials.

    This worked really well for our garden feature. The warm beige limestone with an earthy outdoor feel has a lovely variation, and the tumbled, acid washed finish gives it character while still keeping the overall look clean. The natural variation makes each piece feel slightly different in the best way.
